I NEED ASSSITANCE, PLEASE. I have uninstalled, red over the 8.5.2 directory structure for the pat month. REinstalled. Renamed everything but my name. Ran NICE.exe. Can't say enough. How is the the "LOADING... PLEASE WAIT" RESOLVED.
Is anyone out there that can help?
